The place has 4 levels and is a maze for kids who will love to explore. I appreciate the thought of safety for the kids and every item is covered in soft foam, as is the norm at all indoor play areas. Kids can easily tire themselves out in an hour.we went during a time when there was a birthday party going on, so I did not disturb their party to get some food at the cafeteria. The place is located quite at one corner of colaba and will really need a cab or a car to get there. They host birthday parties at 800 per kid (assuming a booking of 30-40 guests). Else we went on the weekend and paid 800 for 90 minutes. Claw was far better than the other indoor play areas I've been to, barring the accessibility.
Overall, a wonderful place to escape the heat with children where they can play with other children. Admission per child during the week is 600 and on weekends 800. Adults are virtually free. I had my son's Bday party there I must say the staff is very proactive and helpful and the place the wonderful. The kids had a blast. The place is very big and works for toddlers and the elder kids too. The food was also good. Thank you.
Fabulous play area. Just one area (tunnel) was non functional. Very new and clean! The staff were good. The food is a bit pricey and average. It's closed on Mondays. We will definitely go back again soon!

This one's a MUST visit when in Mumbai
The play area was very stinky , the staff was non operative. The staff were roaming without socks and asking guests to wear socks . There was no air in the balls after requesting they said it will b the same as it was b4 . The charges was also high and really unhappy with this . The AC they had stopped in middle for no reason . Really unhappy coming here . Will ask all parents not to come until they have big group as there was no one us except us . They didn’t have parking space either . So kindly confirm if at all if u want to come . There was no helper (staff ) in the entire area too . All (staff ) had gathered and chit chatting rather than helping the kid . I give 0 (zero) . And request not to come here .
